Dr. Caine is one of the top doctors for Infectious Diseases in the United States. She is the Director and Chief Medical Officer of the Marion County Public Health Department. She is an Indiana University Bicentennial professor, where she serves as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine Infectious Diseases Division. She served as the President for American Public Health Association and received the BioCrossroads “August M. Watanabe Life Sciences Champion of the Year Award” in 2017. In 2020, the Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ) named her as one of 40 Influential People of the past 40 years for their 40 Years of Progress in Indianapolis celebration. She is Chair of the National Medical Association Infectious Diseases Section, Co-Chair of the NMA HIV/AIDS Section, and member of the National Medical Association COVID-19 Task Force. Inez Evans – IndyGo President & CEO Inez Evans is the President & CEO of IndyGo.

She began her transit career as a Customer Service Call Center Representative in the early 90s and most recently served as a Chief Operating Officer for the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) where she was responsible for leading 1,600 employees, maintaining nearly 700 vehicles, and ensuring exceptional customer service for the VTA’s 43 million customers. She has diligently focused on operational efficiencies and building programs that support public transit employee growth and development. She has led several successful transportation initiatives across the country, including installation of bus rapid transit service (BRT) and master planning for 100% fleet electrification. Dr. Eric A. Yancy – Indianapolis Pediatrician & Community Health Advocate

Dr. Yancy is a dedicated pediatrician who has been practicing in inner-city of Indianapolis, IN for over 30 years. Dr. Yancy began his practice as a resident in the newborn intensive care unit of Indiana University Medical Center/James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children, the first African-American resident at that hospital. He was named chief resident of Pediatrics in 1979.
